How do I request my data to be deleted (aka submit a Forget Me Request)?

At Kliken, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, you can do so by following these simple steps. This can cover the use of our different apps, extensions, and mobile apps such as My Site Analytics:

Via Email:

  1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Kliken account.

  2. Clearly state in the subject line that you are requesting the deletion of your data.

  3. In the body of the email, provide any necessary information that will help us locate and identify your account.

    1. The URL of the website you are advertising with us or,

    2. An invoice number from a payment made on the account or;

    3. A ticket number from a previous Support interaction you've had with Kliken

  4. Send the email and our privacy team will process your request promptly.

Via My Account Page:

  1. Log in to your Kliken account on our website.

  2. Navigate to the "My Account" section of your dashboard.

  3. Look for the option to Forget My Account.

  4. Follow any prompts or instructions provided to confirm your request.

  5. Once confirmed, our team will receive your request and proceed with the deletion process.

Important Notes:

Please note that data deletion requests are irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This means that you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS any account that your user profile may have been associated with.

Importantly, we may need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes, even after your data has been deleted from our active systems.
