Follow this guide to successfully authenticate your Kliken AI account and link your social media business pages. Learn how to navigate the email login process and troubleshoot common connection steps efficiently.

3. Enter the email address you used to sign-up and click "Send login link"

4. In a new tab, navigate to your email provider.

5. Look for the email with the subject "Log in to Kliken AI". It is sent from either [email protected] or [email protected]. We recommend labelling or filtering both addresses so the email stays easy to find and does not go into a Junk or Spam folder.

6. Click "Access My Account"

7. If the "Access My Account" button does not work, copy the "https://..." link and paste this into a new browser or browser tab.

8. You are now Logged In! Now, Click on your website.

9. If you have NOT previously connected your Facebook account, you may be taken to the Series Post page. Scroll to the bottom of this page and select "Connect and Schedule Your Posts"

10. You will be taken into the Kliken App. Here, click "Connect Your Page". Once connected - you are ready to go!

Important: the Facebook account you connect must be a Facebook Page for your business, not a personal profile. You also need to be an admin of that Page, or hold a role with equivalent full access. Without that level of access, Social Boost cannot publish posts on your behalf.
