After you select Purchase, your boost moves into Scheduled status. This means:
It's approved and queued
It hasn't started delivering yet
It will launch automatically at your selected start time
Can I change a scheduled boost?
While you're still setting up a boost — before you select Purchase — you can go back and edit any section: goal, audience, or schedule and budget.
Once a boost is purchased, it can't be edited. To make changes, cancel the boost and create a new one with your updated settings.
When does it go live?
At your selected start time:
Paid delivery begins automatically
Your post starts appearing to a broader audience across Facebook and Instagram
You'll receive a "Boost is live" email
Until it reaches its start time, your boost won't deliver.
