Overview
In this article, you’ll learn how to complete Google’s advertiser verification using the link sent by Kliken or one of our partner platforms. Completing verification ensures your ads remain active and compliant with Google’s advertising policies.
Before you begin
To complete verification smoothly, make sure you have:
A Google account (your existing Gmail or a new account created during the process)
Your business details:
Legal business name
Registered address and country
Primary contact information
Business verification documents, which may include:
Business registration
Certificate of incorporation
Tax documents
A government-issued ID if Google requires it
Important: Selecting or creating a payment profile does not change how Kliken bills your campaign. Kliken or your partner still manages billing.
Step 1: Open your verification link
You’ll receive your verification link from Kliken or one of our partner platforms by email or chat.
Click the verification link.
You’ll be taken to Google’s secure advertiser verification page.
Only the business owner or an authorized admin should complete this process.
Step 2: Create or select a payment profile
Google will prompt you to choose an existing payment profile or create a new one.
You’ll enter:
Business name
Country and address
Contact details
Ensure that all details match your legal documents as closely as possible.
This step is required for verification only. It does not modify your Kliken billing setup.
Step 3: Review and confirm your business details
Google will show you the information tied to your payment profile. Confirm that:
Your legal business name is correct
Your address matches your legal registration
The country is correct
Update anything that does not match your official documents before continuing.
Step 4: Upload verification documents
Google may ask you to upload documents to verify your identity or business. This can include:
Business documents
Certificate of incorporation
Business registration
Tax certificates
Other government-issued business documentation
Identity documents
Passport
National ID
Driver’s license
Make sure your uploads:
Are clear and readable
Show all corners/pages
Include both sides of any two-sided ID
Are not blurry or cropped
Step 5: Submit your verification
After reviewing your details and uploading documents, click Submit.
Most reviews take 3–5 business days.
Some may be faster or require additional checks.
Step 6: Confirm completion with Kliken or your partner
When finished:
Reply to the message where you received the verification link.
Confirm that you’ve completed the entire verification flow and submitted your documents.
This helps us track your progress, support you more quickly, and monitor Google’s response.
Google may still request additional documents or reject a submission if details don’t match.
What happens next
Google may contact you
Google could email you directly from Google Ads or Google Payments for additional information. Watch the inbox tied to your Google account.
If verification is not completed in time
Google may:
Pause or restrict your campaigns (around 30 days)
Fully suspend service if verification remains incomplete (often 45+ days)
Kliken or your partner may also need to stop your Google services if verification is not completed.
If your submission is rejected
Review Google’s explanation
Fix the issue
Re-upload the document(s)
Re-submit for review
If the message is unclear, share it with our support team—we’ll help interpret Google’s instructions.
