When your business is ready for verification, Kliken will notify you through chat or email. That message will include a unique, secure link that begins the verification process directly with Google.

If you use our services via a partner, you may receive the request to complete the process directly from our partner.

This guide explains what to expect once you receive that link and how to complete verification successfully.

Before You Begin

Here’s what you’ll need to complete verification smoothly:

  • The verification email or chat message from Kliken.

  • Access to the Google account that manages your business information.

  • Your business details (legal name, address, country).

  • Business verification documents (such as registration or tax documents) and/or a government-issued ID for sole proprietors.

Step 1: Open Your Verification Link

You’ll receive an email / chat message from Kliken which will contain a link:

"Complete your advertiser verification now"

Clicking this link takes you directly to Google’s secure verification page — only the business owner or admin should complete this step.

Step 2: Create or Select a Payments Profile

When you open the verification page, Google will ask you to select or create a payments profile.

  • If you already have one, choose it from the list.

  • If you don’t, you’ll be prompted to create a new one.

You’ll enter your:

  • Business name

  • Country and address

  • Primary contact information

Note: This step is for verification purposes only. It does not change how you are billed. But it IS mandatory.

Google will continue billing Kliken, and you will continue to pay Kliken directly.

Step 3: Review and Confirm Your Business Details

Once your profile is set, you’ll be asked to confirm your business information.
Make sure your details are accurate and match your legal documentation exactly — including spelling, address format, and registered business name.

Step 4: Upload Verification Documents

Next, Google will ask you to upload documents to verify your business identity.

Depending on your setup, you’ll be asked for one of the following:

  • Business Verification Documents (business registration, tax certificate, incorporation papers, etc.), or

  • Government-issued ID (for individuals or sole proprietors).

Upload the requested files and follow any additional on-screen instructions.

Step 5: Submit Your Verification

After uploading your documents, click Submit to complete the process. Google typically reviews submissions within 3–5 business days although sometimes verification may be intenaneous.

Step 6: Confirm Completion with Kliken

Once you’ve completed verification, please confirm with Kliken via chat or email.

This ensures our systems correctly register your account as having completed the process. Please note, completing the process does not guarentee that the verification is succesful, or further steps will not be required.

It does, however, allow us to ensure that your account is correctly identified as having submitted the documents, so we can track and monitor the appropriate updates from Google.

What Happens Next

  • If Google requires more information, we'll contact you to confirm next steps.

  • If verification isn’t completed within 30 days, Google may pause or restrict your campaigns.
