Overview
In this article, youâll learn how to complete Googleâs advertiser verification using the link sent by Kliken or one of our partner platforms. Completing verification ensures your ads remain active and compliant with Googleâs advertising policies.
Completing this process is crucial as it ensures the integrity of Google's advertising platform and helps maintain a safe and trustworthy advertising ecosystem.
Before you begin
To complete verification smoothly, make sure you have:
A Google account (your existing Gmail or a new account created during the process)
Your business details:
Legal business name
Registered address and country
Primary contact information
Business verification documents, which may include:
Business registration
Certificate of incorporation
Tax documents
A government-issued ID if Google requires it
Additionally, you may need specific documents such as a VAT Registration Certificate, an extract from the Commercial Register, or IRS-issued documents like CP575 or 147C.
Important: Selecting or creating a payment profile does not change how Kliken bills your campaign. Kliken or your partner still manages billing.
Step 1: Open your verification link
Youâll receive your verification link from Kliken or one of our partner platforms by email or chat.
Click the verification link.
Youâll be taken to Googleâs secure advertiser verification page.
Only the business owner or an authorized admin should complete this process.
Step 2: Create or select a payment profile
Google will prompt you to choose an existing payment profile or create a new one.
Youâll enter:
Business name
Country and address
Contact details
Ensure that all details match your legal documents as closely as possible.
This step is required for verification only. It does not modify your Kliken billing setup.
Step 3: Review and confirm your business details
Google will show you the information tied to your payment profile. Confirm that:
Your legal business name is correct
Your address matches your legal registration
The country is correct
Update anything that does not match your official documents before continuing.
Step 4: Upload verification documents
Google may ask you to upload documents to verify your identity or business. This can include:
Business documents
Certificate of incorporation
Business registration
Tax certificates
Other government-issued business documentation
Examples include VAT Registration Certificates, extracts from the Commercial Register, IRS-issued documents (e.g., CP575, 147C), and recent SEC filings like 10-K or 10-Q.
Identity documents
Passport
National ID
Driverâs license
Examples include state IDs and permanent residence cards, in addition to passports and driverâs licenses.
Make sure your uploads:
Are clear and readable
Show all corners/pages
Include both sides of any two-sided ID
Are not blurry or cropped
Ensure that all documents are uploaded in color, with all corners visible, and include both front and back images if required.
Step 5: Submit your verification
After reviewing your details and uploading documents, click Submit.
Most reviews take up to 10 working days.
Some may be faster or require additional checks.
Step 6: Confirm completion with Kliken or your partner
When finished:
Reply to the message where you received the verification link.
Confirm that youâve completed the entire verification flow and submitted your documents.
This helps us track your progress, support you more quickly, and monitor Googleâs response.
Google may still request additional documents or reject a submission if details donât match.
