Between the time you receive your payment reminder and 24 hours before your billing date, you have the opportunity to update your payment details or make changes to your campaigns. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your campaigns. Any changes made during this period will be effective from your next billing date.
It's important to note that if your payment is unsuccessful, we will notify you via email. It's crucial to monitor for these messages, as if your payment fails after three (3) further attempts, your campaigns may be suspended until payment is made.
