How to Update Your Payment Information on Kliken

If your credit card has expired or you need to update your payment information for any reason, don't worry! It's easy to do on Kliken. Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Login to Your Kliken Account

To update your payment information, you will need to login to your Kliken account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on our homepage.

Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions

Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" tab in the menu. Then, click on "Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Edit Your Payment Information

On the "Subscriptions" page, you will see your current payment information at the top. To update it, simply click on the "Edit" button next to your payment details. From there, you can enter your new credit card information or remove your current payment method.

It's important to note that payment details are managed at the account level. This means that all campaigns under your account will use the same payment method. If you have multiple campaigns, be sure to select a payment method that has sufficient funds or limits to cover the cumulative charges on all of your campaigns.

Note: Currently, once you select a currency and complete your first billing, you cannot change the currency associated with your account. This is because your account and billing history are tied to the initial currency choice.
