Understanding Our Subscription Model
At Kliken, we offer a variety of products that operate on a month-to-month recurring subscription. This means that when you sign up for one of our products, you will be charged a monthly fee as long as you continue using the product.
One important thing to note is that our subscription model is campaign-specific and based on a monthly cycle. This means that your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you choose to cancel it - but canceling one campaign will not result in the cancellation of any other(s) you have runing with us at the time. You will need to cancel each campaign individually if you choose to no longer want to use our services.
How We Charge for Campaigns
For our advertising services, we charge a monthly fee for ad credits on a campaign-specific basis. This fee covers the cost of running your ads and ensuring that they reach your target audience effectively.
It's important to understand that this fee is separate from your overall platform fee. So even if you cancel your subscription, you will still be responsible for paying the monthly fee for any active campaigns until you cancel this.
Cancelling Your Subscription
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. If so, you can do so at any time through your dashboard.
Just select the Product tab -> Manage, and in the section of Active Campaigns, select Cancel on the campaign(s) you wish to end.
However, it's important to note that canceling one campaign will not automatically cancel any other campaigns that you have running at the time. Each campaign is treated as a separate entity, so you must cancel each one individually if you no longer wish to run them.
Partner Offerings
It's worth mentioning that our partners may offer different bundles or terms for our products. This means that the subscription model and fees may vary depending on the partner you are working with. If you have any questions about a partner's specific terms and offerings, please reach out to them directly. Also, as important, canceling your account with one of our partners may NOT automatically cancel your services with us. We recommend that if you are closing your site or moving platforms, you first cancel your marketing services and THEN close down your site.
