If you need to remove Kliken's access from your Merchant Center account, you have two options, depending on how the account was set up.
Important:
Before proceeding, ensure all shopping-related campaigns are canceled. Removing Kliken access is not required to cancel campaigns. For instructions on canceling campaigns, please see more details here.
Option 1: Kliken-Created Merchant Center Account
When Kliken creates a Merchant Center account on your behalf:
Account Management and Closure:
Kliken retains ownership of this Merchant Center account. If there is no activity (such as product syncs) for 30 days, product data will be removed, and the account may be closed at Kliken's discretion.Recommendation for New Accounts:
If you wish to manage a Merchant Center account independently, we recommend creating a brand-new account. This ensures you have full access and control, which is essential for effectively managing your business.
Option 2: Imported Merchant Center Account
If you imported your own Merchant Center account into Kliken:
Removing Kliken's Admin Access:
Go to the Settings Menu (Gear Icon) in your Merchant Center.
Select the Account Access submenu.
Locate the admin email address associated with Kliken support.
Click the email address to open a menu, then choose the option to remove access.
Unlinking the Kliken App/Plugin:
Navigate to your store’s settings, where apps and plugins are managed.
Remove the Kliken app/plugin to break the product sync.
Removing access from the Merchant Center may immediately cause your campaigns to cease operating if your product feed is/was connected to the Merchant Center via our platform.
If you are absolutely certain that you do not want our services or want/need to remove our access - you will need to ensure your Merchant Center is correctly set up to retrieve your store data via one of the various other avenues that Google provides.
