Starting September 1, 2025, Google is updating its Dangerous Products or Services policy to include new restrictions.

What’s changing?
Google will begin restricting ads that promote:

  • Pill presses

  • Encapsulating machines

  • Components used for compacting or filling powders, granules, or other materials into tablets or capsules

These items will fall under the Dangerous Products or Services policy.

When will enforcement begin?

  • Policy Effective Date: September 1, 2025

  • Enforcement Rollout: Gradually over ~6 weeks starting September 1

  • Suspension Warnings: You will receive a minimum 7-day warning before any account suspension is enforced.

What do you need to do?
Please review your current ads and remove any that may fall under this updated policy before September 1, 2025 to avoid disruptions to your campaigns.

If your ads are impacted or you're unsure, we recommend checking Google’s official policy documentation or reaching out to our Support Team.

Thank you for your cooperation,
– The Kliken Team
