Refund Policy
At Kliken, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to request a refund. This article will outline our refund policy and provide information on how to request a refund.
Partial Month Refunds
Under our Refund Policy, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. This means that if you decide to cancel your campaign before the end of the month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that month.
Refunds for Unused Ad Credits
If your campaign ends before 100% of the ad credits are used, you may be eligible for a refund of the full remaining balance of the credits. This means that if you have purchased ad credits but do not use them all, you can request a refund for the remaining balance as long as you meet the requirements in the Policy.
Non-Refundable Funds
There are certain funds that are non-refundable unless your campaign qualifies. These include setup fees, management fees, and any other fees that are outlined in your contract with Kliken. If you believe your campaign qualifies for a refund of these fees, please get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
