At Kliken, we understand the importance of uninterrupted advertising campaigns for your business. Automatic recurring billing keeps your ads running without a hitch. Here's a concise overview, with full details in our Terms of Service on our website.
Key Features:
Automated Billing Cycles: Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days, based on each product's original purchase date. Multiple products mean multiple billing cycles.
Accepted Payment Methods: Currently, we accept all major credit cards.
Note: Electronic funds transfers (EFT) are not accepted.
Subscription Management:
Your subscription is continuous until you decide to cancel.
Cancellation of one subscription doesn't affect others.
Cancellations must be completed through Kliken, even if you cancel your site or delete the marketing app directly on your hosting platform account.
Payment Process:
Automated charges on each billing date.
If payment fails, we email you and try again 1, 4 and 7 days later. If it is still unsuccessful after day 7, we suspend the campaign.
Ensure sufficient funds and updated payment details to avoid suspension.
Reminders and Notifications: You will receive a series of reminders starting five (5) days before billing and dashboard notifications for upcoming billing events. In the instance your payment is unsuccessful, you'll receive a series of emails notifying you of this as well. Please note, if a payment is still unsuccessful after the last retry on day 7, your campaigns are suspended.
Support and Cancellation:
Reach out to our Support team for billing inquiries.
Cancel subscriptions via the 'Manage' section in your Kliken Dashboard or through our Support team.
Account cancellations require a direct request to our Support team.
Policy Updates: Changes will be notified 30 days in advance via your Account Dashboard.
