Why Isn’t X-Cart 5.5 Compatible?

Kliken supports X-Cart versions below 5.5, but due to changes in the platform’s structure, version 5.5 is not currently compatible.

Use an Earlier Compatible Version – If possible, using a version below 5.5 will allow you to integrate Kliken.

Request Future Compatibility – To request X-Cart 5.5 support,

- Email <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@kliken.com</a> with the subject 'Feature Request: X-Cart 5.5' OR
- Log into your account and submit a feature request update ticket directly from the messenger.
