Instead, your eCommerce platform may be handling the billing process for you. In this article, we will explain how to determine who is billing you and how to validate this information.
Who is Billing You?
If you are unsure whether it is Kliken or your eCommerce platform who is billing you for your marketing services, there are two quick ways to validate this information:
Do you operate your website or services through WiX, One.com, or Duda - then there is a good chance you are being invoiced wholly, or in part, by them.
On your billing receipt/credit card statement - do you see 'Kliken', 'Kliken Mtkg', or 'Kliken / Sitewit'? If not, then you are being billed by our eCommerce provider directly.
