How Billing Works

When you confirm a boost, you set a total budget. That total covers both ad spend and a management fee. There is no subscription required — each boost is billed separately.

For a full breakdown of fees by product, see our Billing Section.

What Is the Management Fee?

The management fee is a percentage of your total boost budget charged to cover campaign setup and delivery. It is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

What Happens If I Cancel?

You can cancel a scheduled or active boost at any time.

If the boost has not started:

  • The ad spend portion is refunded automatically

  • The management fee is not refunded

If the boost is already running:

  • Any unspent ad spend is refunded automatically

  • Budget already used to serve ads is not refunded

  • The management fee is not refunded

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Why Was My Full Budget Not Refunded?

There are two reasons your refund may be less than your total budget:

  1. The management fee is non-refundable — this portion is never returned

  2. Ads may have already run — any budget already spent delivering your boost cannot be recovered

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
