Closing Your Account
Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your campaigns or billing information. If you wish to reopen your account in the future, you will need to contact our Support team.
Account Closure with Partners
If you have closed your account with one of our partners, such as a website hosting company, this will not automatically close your Kliken account.
However, if you have closed your account with one of our partners and can no longer access the Kliken App or your Kliken Account, please contact our Support team to request the cancellation and closure. In order to do so, you will need to provide the following information:
Email associated with the account
The URL of the website your were running advertising campaigns for
The partner you operated your website with
Our Support team will then be able to assist you with closing your account and ensuring that all billing is stopped.
