What is Kliken's Platform Fee and what does it include?

What is the Platform Fee?

The Platform Fee is a monthly fee for Kliken's Google campaigns: Product Listings, Shopping and Search. It pays for the connection from your store, to Kliken, to Google, and for maintaining that connection.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Kliken Ads (Open Web) and Social Boost do not need a Platform Fee.

Are Google Product Listings included?

Yes. Google Product Listings have no ad spend. They are included with an active Platform Fee, and you can run as many Product Listing campaigns as you like.

What does the Platform Fee include?

The Platform Fee covers everything that connects your store to Google:

  • Product feed: we build, upload and manage your product feed from your store data.

  • Live sync: changes in your store, such as a new price, update your product feed automatically.

  • Out-of-stock products: products that are out of stock stop showing automatically.

  • Account setup: we set up your Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts if you do not have them yet.

  • Conversion tracking: we set up conversion tracking so you can see your sales and revenue.

  • Merchant Center help: we help you when Google Merchant Center suspends or disapproves your products.

  • Product Listings: your Google Product Listings campaigns.

How is the Platform Fee different from the Management Fee?

The Platform Fee pays for the connection. The Management Fee pays for running your paid campaigns:

  • Campaign setup

  • Daily bid strategy reviews

  • Support while your campaign runs

How much is the Platform Fee?

There are three tiers. Your tier is set by your total Google ad spend across all Google campaigns on your account. You are billed in your local currency.

For example, one campaign at $150 counts as $150. Four campaigns at $200 each count as $800 (4 x $200), so your tier is based on $800.

For the fee in each tier and currency, see Kliken Platform Fees: Updated Pricing (October 2025).

What happens if a Platform Fee payment fails?

If a Platform Fee payment fails, all of your Google services are suspended: Product Listings, Shopping and Search.

Can I get a refund on the Platform Fee?

The Platform Fee is not refundable once we have started setting up your account. We refund it if you cancel before we start setting up your account, or if your campaign does not go live within 45 days of purchase because of a technical issue on our side. For details, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy. For what can be refunded, see How Do I Request a Refund?
