You do not need a website to use Social Boost Services. It posts to your own Facebook Page and Instagram rather than advertising to a destination, so all it needs to know about is your business. There is no store to connect, and nothing to link to.
Where you start
To start Social Boost Services without a website, talk to us in chat. There is no form to fill in.
Go to Kliken.ai.
Click the orange chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page. Do not use the “Enter your website” box.
Type your business name and city. We will look your business up on Google and take it from there.
You can also start the same conversation with us on Facebook Messenger. The chat accepts a business name or a website address, so if you do have a site you can give us that instead. A Facebook or Instagram page is not a website, though, and we cannot build your posts from one, so give us your business name and city.
What happens after you give us your business name
We look your business up on Google using the name and city you gave us in chat. It goes one of two ways, and both of them end with posts.
We find your Google listing. We build your posts from your Google Business Profile: your business name, address, category, and the photos on your listing. See How Social Boost uses your Google Business Profile.
We do not find a listing. We ask you a few questions about your business and ask you to share some photos, and we build your posts from what you tell us.

What we ask you about your business
Whether or not we find your Google listing, we ask up to three short questions in chat:
What you sell.
Who your ideal customer is.
What makes you different.
The more you tell us, the better your posts. A sentence each is enough to get started, but detail pays off. Specific answers produce specific, detailed posts. Thin answers still produce posts, they are just more general. If you sell something particular, name it. If customers come to you for one reason above all others, say so.
If we found your Google Business Profile, your answers are added to what the listing already tells us, so you can skip a question if you would rather not answer it. It is still worth your time to answer.
If we did not find a Google listing, your answers and your photos are the only things your posts can be built from, so answer all three. In that case we also need at least 5 photos from you, and each one has to meet the Social Boost image requirements.
Seeing your posts before they publish
When the chat is finished, we send you a link to your draft posts on kliken.ai. That link is the first time you use the app itself.
Your posts arrive written for you and ready to publish, so there is nothing you are required to do to them. If you do want to change something, that page is where you can: you can edit the wording or swap the image on any post before it publishes. Connecting Facebook and Instagram also happens there.
Connecting Facebook and Instagram
Social Boost publishes to your Facebook Page, and to Instagram as well if you connect an Instagram account. You connect these when you first set up your posts.
The Facebook account you connect must be a Facebook Page for your business, not a personal profile. You also need to be an admin of that Page, or hold a role with equivalent full access. Without that level of access, Social Boost cannot publish posts on your behalf.
The rest of Social Boost works the same way
Starting without a website only changes how we learn about your business. Everything after that is the same as Social Boost for a customer who does have one:
A series of exactly 10 posts, published to your Facebook Page and Instagram on a cadence.
