To have an active product with our company, you need administrator-level access to the Facebook Business Page connected to our system. This guide will show you how to verify your current access level and how to request admin access if needed.
Step 1: Checking Your Access Level
Go to Facebook
Log in to your Facebook account, which is connected to the Facebook Business Page.Access Page Settings
Navigate to the Facebook Business Page you want to connect to our product.
On the left-hand side of your Page, click on "Settings."
View Page Roles
In the settings menu, click on "Page Roles" to see a list of people who have roles on the Page.
Here, you can view your role on the Page.
Confirm Administrator Access
If your role is "Admin," you have the correct level of access to use our product.
If you see roles like "Editor," "Moderator," or "Analyst," you do not have the required administrator-level access.
Step 2: Requesting Administrator Access
If you do not currently have administrator access, you will need to contact an existing Page Admin to upgrade your role.
Identify a Current Admin
In the Page Roles section, locate a person listed as an "Admin."Send a Request
Reach out to the Admin and request that they change your role to "Admin"
The Admin can do this by typing your name or email address in the "Assign a New Page Role" field and selecting "Admin" from the dropdown list.
Once the Admin assigns you as an Administrator, you will receive a notification about the change.
Step 3: Updating Your Connection in Our System
Log in to Our Platform
Log in to your account on our platform and navigate to the section where you connect your Facebook Business Page.
Reconnect Your Facebook Page
Follow the prompts to reconnect your Facebook profile and allow the appropriate settings.

Can't Find Page Roles?
Ensure you are logged into the correct Facebook account that is linked to the Facebook Business Page.Admin Denied Your Request?
If you cannot obtain admin access, you will need to speak with the Page owner or consider using a different Facebook Business Page where you have admin permissions. Unfortunately without this, you cannot move forward with building a Facebook or Instagram campaign in our platform.
