When your store's API is behind Cloudflare's firewall, there might be instances where Cloudflare inadvertently blocks our system from accessing your API. This can happen if the firewall rules are set too strictly. To prevent this, you need to whitelist Kliken's IP addresses in your Cloudflare firewall settings. Below are the steps to configure these rules.
Step-by-Step Guide to Whitelisting Kliken IPs on Cloudflare
Log into Cloudflare
Access your Cloudflare dashboard with your account credentials.Navigate to Firewall Rules
Go to the Firewall app on the Cloudflare dashboard.
Click on the Firewall Rules tab.
Click the Create a Firewall Rule button to start configuring the necessary rule.
Create a New Firewall Rule
Name the Rule: Give the rule a name that is easily identifiable. This will help you manage your firewall rules in the future.
Set the Rule Criteria
Field: Select IP Source Address from the dropdown menu.
Operator: Choose equals from the Operator dropdown.
Value: Enter the first IP address:
54.80.241.33
.
Add Additional IP Addresses
Repeat the steps above for each of the following IP addresses:
52.206.16.254
52.207.154.157
3.211.194.144
54.197.254.83
107.23.26.235
Important: Make sure each IP Source Address rule is added using an "Or" operator to ensure that any of these IPs can access the API.
Save the Rule
Once all IP addresses have been added with the correct configuration, click Save to apply the rule.
Important Note
Use the "Or" Operator: Ensure that the "Or" operator is used between each IP address entry. This ensures that any of the listed IPs can bypass the firewall and access your store's API.
By following these steps, you will successfully whitelist Kliken's IPs, allowing our system to access your store's API even when it is behind Cloudflare's firewall. This ensures smooth operation and uninterrupted service.
